Since I started my case Mr Hafezi has been very undertanding and supportive. Hafezis have handled my case very well regarding what actions to take.
I was confused before coming to Hafezis, but they sorted that out for me.
I got the best compensation even though I was ready to take a lower offer. Hafezis advised me to think about it before I accepted it and they got me a better offer in the end.

The service and the explanation about my case was very clear and concise. All the appointments were on time we did not have to wait around.
Hafezis got the highest damages that was possible for me. Abdul listened to me and understood me.

Hafezis provided a great service throughout my claim and informed me of all developments while the claim was ongoing. Another company was originally dealing with the claim, but had no sucess finalising. Hafezis then began dealing with this and had no problems at all. He is very professional and I felt entirely happy with him dealing with my case at all times, I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future.
